wonderful place to stay with awesome location in a quiet and nice area and appetising food. location close enough to the restaurant as well as city centre and public transport.

The hospitality of the reception desk! Also the internet system with wi-fi and cable. Sometimes my wi-fi does not work and I need to use cable.
The room temperature was too cold, the heating system did not work properly but all hotels I stayed in Finland happenned same thing.

Very pleasant personnel in the restaurant.
There was an annoying noise of which was "compressor" like. I mentioned it to the front-desk and was told that "it may be the air conditioning system". Not too pleased about that. Otherwise, very charming

Cozy room, clean bathroom, with included amenities like an electric kettle for coffee and a great variety of breakfast options that cater to different tastes.

After our first night the room was not exactly made up with much care, was much better during the following days though. Arriving at breakfast at about 9.00 tablecloths were already pretty stained, it would be nice if they were changed in between.

somebody above moved furniture two hours long making terrible noise from 7 am. we had some problems on the parking with parking tickets.
